Option A: Annual Wellness Exam

• Head-to-toe physical exam
• Vaccines
• Screening recommendations based on age/gender
• Labs (cholesterol, blood sugar, thyroid, etc.)
• Pap smear (for women ages 21-65)
• Sexually transmitted infection testing

• 30–40 minute appointment with a provider

• Available between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Appointment deadline: June 25 at 5:00 PM
   

Option B: Drop-In Health Screening Stations
No appointment needed – simply walk in between 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM to experience:

• Labs

• Blood Pressure

• BMI

• Vision

• Vaccinations
