May 21: The Catalpa String Quartet Benefit Concert

3 p.m. Morrison Center Recital Hall. There is no admission charge for this performance, but donations of any amount to the instrument fund are strongly encouraged.  The Catalpa Quartet is composed of high school string students Jusung Lee (violin), Abby Robison (violin), Anaise Boucher-Browning (viola) and Ben Seabourn (cello), performing classical and contemporary chamber music. The ensemble is a non-profit dedicated to raising funds for instrument repair at Title I elementary schools in the Boise Public School district.

Convenient hourly public parking for non-Boise State parking permit holders attending Music Department events is available just south of the Morrison Center in the Brady Street Garage for $2 per hour.
