Idaho Center for the Book invites families, educators, and readers of all ages to a special virtual event with Maggie Tokuda-Hall, author of the 2025 Idaho Great Reads Selection for Youth, Love in the Library.

Maggie will read and discuss selections from her book with Friends of Minidoka Executive Director Robyn Achilles. They will discuss selections from Love in the Library, a book inspired by Maggie's grandparents' experiences at the Minidoka concentration camp during WWII. The conversation will be followed by an audience Q&A, giving you the opportunity to engage directly with the author and special guest.
