9-11 a.m. Human Resources Lab #103, Capitol Village. This module will orient supervisors on the onboarding/orientation process. This module will cover the positive methods that positively affect engagement from day 1 through day 90 with any new hires. Statics show that a prepared onboarding process highly affects the retention of new staff.
This training will cover several professional competencies and expand on understanding supervisory onboarding strategies, initiating employee engagement pre-hire through their first year, and demonstrating methods to establish early communication approaches that will create a welcome culture. This session strives to incorporate new knowledge, comprehension techniques, relatable application, and content reinforcement that will enhance employees’ skills.
