Data in spreadsheets can be notoriously difficult for screen reader users to interpret. This workshop focuses on using the Grackle Sheets add-on to build accessible Google Sheets. We will demonstrate how to correctly identify and tag Table Headers (a crucial requirement), name individual sheets descriptively, and review best practices for data presentation, such as avoiding merged cells and ensuring proper Color Contrast.
