This is a hybrid course consisting of 2 fully synchronous days (in person) and 7 asynchronous online modules.

• Synchronous Meetings - The two synchronous days meet in person and attendance is required to pass the course.
• Asynchronous Modules - The course also has seven asynchronous online modules (plus one introductory module to be completed prior to the first synchronous meeting). For asynchronous modules, you will not need to be online at a particular time, but each module has its own deadline for posting and replying to group members.
