As Director of Talent and Resources at McAlvain, Paola Eldredge drives the company’s workforce strategy—aligning people and business goals to foster an inclusive, welcoming, and high-performing culture. Her work spans every stage of the employee experience, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits, wellness, career growth, and diversity, playing a key role in how the company attracts, develops, and retains talent.
Paola has spent her entire 9-year career in construction at McAlvain, gaining a deep understanding of both field operations and the broader business landscape. She is passionate about creating pathways into the industry and leads workforce development efforts that open doors for future talent and non-traditional career paths.
Originally from Bogotá, Colombia, Paola now calls Idaho home. She enjoys fitness, hiking, running, and exploring the outdoors with her husband and two kids. She holds a Bachelor’s in Human Resources Management from Boise State University, an AAS in Accounting and Business Management from SOLEX College, and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Universidad Nacional de Colombia.
Paola serves on the Board of Directors for the Idaho Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and is an active member of the Human Resources Association of the Treasure Valley and Idaho Women in Architecture, Engineering & Construction (IWAEC).

Field Engineer in Advanced Technologies

Reed Harrington began his journey with ESI Construction as an intern in 2023, while earning his Business Administration degree at Boise State University. Driven by a desire to apply classroom concepts to real-world scenarios, Reed quickly distinguished himself through his hands-on approach and eagerness to learn. His performance earned him a full-time role as a Field Engineer within ESI’s Advanced Technologies Construction Division, where he now contributes to the development of a 7-story, 524,000-square-foot office building. In his current role, Reed fosters strong relationships with trade partners and clients, oversees critical construction documentation, and ensures alignment with project budgets and timelines. He’s actively expanding his industry expertise with the goal of advancing to Superintendent within two years, aspiring to lead his own project. In his free time, Reed enjoys spending time helping on his family’s cattle ranch in Oregon.
